Your emergency pet information stays yours
We do not store or collect your confidential home access details, house key locations, alarm codes, or private pet care instructions. Our products are designed to empower you to organise and directly share emergency access information with your nominated, trusted carers and emergency contacts.
Payment processing and order fulfilment
When you place an order with Pet Prepared NZ, standard transaction details such as your name, delivery address, and contact email are processed securely to complete your delivery. We use Stripe to process all online card payments; we never view or hold your sensitive payment card details.
Access, corrections, and contact
In accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to request access to any personal information we hold about you or ask for corrections. If you have questions about your privacy or wish to update your details, please email us directly at hello@petprepared.co.nz.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and to improve its performance. Webador configures Google Analytics to anonymise visitors’ IP addresses and prevents Google from using this information for other services. We use the information only for general website statistics and do not use it to identify individual visitors.
